Leila’s Jukebox is New York City’s Premier Music Recording Studio based in the heart of Manhattan. Situated a block away from The world famous Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, this privately owned but commercially available two-room production space and lounge prove to be an ideal environment for tracking and mixing as well as a unique and spacious event space. Leila’s Jukebox is a part of the Vinyl Crown Collective (vinylcrown.com) and also serves as head quarters for Vinyl Crown Publishing LLC. The approximately 1600 sq. ft. lounge was designed by the in-house creative design team at Vinyl Crown. It includes a dining area, private meeting room, sitting area with a flat screen TV, restroom & powder room and many more unique features which can only be appreciated fully when seen in person. The sheer size of it alone makes it an ideal event space which can be used for everything from a private listening party to a full on release party for 100+ guests. Apart from the lounge, Leila’s Jukebox features two production suites that were designed by the famous architect and acoustician John Storyk, co- founder of the Walters-Storyk Design Group. The Walters-Storyk Design Group is an eleven-time winner of the prestigious TEC Award for outstanding achievement in Acoustics/Facility Design. First is Studio A, a 230 sq. ft. live room, and 190 sq. ft. control room equipped with an SSL Duality SE 24 Input Analog Console, Apple Logic Pro Studio, Avid Digidesign HD3, Augspurger Custom Main Monitors and a wide range of outboard gear. Leila’s Jukebox’s 150 sq. ft. Studio B control room has an SSL Matrix console, Adams S5X-V speakers and a 60 sq. ft. sound booth. Both studios are adjacent to the lounge area.
